Introduction

The 4 Levels Of Arousal


Basically there are 4 levels or stages of arousal. It is so important that you recognize which level you are at during the entire sexual process. Not knowing where you are at and when you will be to the "Point Of No Return"  is the main reason guys premature ejaculate. Once you understand and can identify the 4 levels, you can then gain total control over your ejaculation. Here are the 4 levels:

Use The 2 "P" Techniques

I'm sure you have seen the old movies or adult cartoons where the caveman clubs the woman on the head, drags her by the hair into the cave, mounts her immediately and in in minute or two is done and off he goes hunting with the boys. As you feel you are approaching the "point of no return" simply stop thrusting, leaving the head in deep. Start kissing her neck, ears etc. from behing her while you gently massage her clitoris with your fingers. Whatever position you choose to use, make sure you can relax your muscles, use deep, slow breathing, and take away the extra friction caused by the contraction of the vagina muscles.

Use These 4 Tips Today


Tip # 1 - Masturbate Before Sex

The object here is to masturbate about 2-3 hours prior to sexual intercourse. By masturbating, you will lower the effectiveness of stimulation the second time around for the sexual intercourse. Use This Game Plan Tonight To Last Longer

I want you to plan your evening ahead of time. And while you are planning, keep in mind that tonight is about completely pleasing your lover and giving her a mind-blowing orgasm!
