Introduction
After losing three
girlfriends and an ex-wife due to premature ejaculation, I thought my

What Should I Avoid?
Avoid trying to tackle your

Level 1: Here is where

Level 2: At this level
you are now fully erect and with her handling your penis or you are

edge of ejaculating. This is known as "The Point Of No Return."

relax your thrusing and breath deeply and slowly. Relaxing the body

The most common position is the Missionary position but it can be the
worst postion for prolonging ejaculation. You see, when the woman can
press her legs against your sides while you are thrusting, she is
contracting the muscles in the vagina as well. This adds more friction
which provides more stimulation and it results in raising the arousal
level much quicker.
The best thing to do is to grab her legs and spread them out as wide as
you can. This takes almost all the contraction of the vagina muscles
away which creates a lot less friction. Once you have control of your
arousal, allow the legs to come in closer. When you feel it raising
higher, spread them back out.
Another great position is the Side-By-Side. With this position you and
your partner are laying on your sides with you behind her. You will
enter the vagina from behind. As in the Missionary position, lift her
top leg high to take away the friction of the vagina muscles. As you
gain arousal control, drape her leg over your top leg. Here's another
great advantage of this position:
As you feel you are approaching the "point of no return" simply stop
thrusting, leaving the head in deep. Start kissing her neck, ears etc.
from behing her while you gently massage her clitoris with your
fingers. You can continue to stimulate and raise her arousal level
while you are cooling down your own arousal level.
Whatever position you choose to use, make sure you can relax your
muscles, use deep, slow breathing, and take away the extra friction
caused by the contraction of the vagina muscles.

Tip # 1
- Masturbate Before Sex
The object here is to masturbate about 2-3 hours prior to sexual
intercourse. By masturbating, you will lower the effectiveness of
stimulation the second time around for the sexual intercourse. By
lowering the effectiveness of the stimulation, you take longer to go
through the arousal levels, allowing you to last longer.
Tip #2 - Go To The
Bathroom Before Sex
I know this sounds weird but if you can go to the bathroom and force

This Game Plan Tonight To Last Longer
I want you to plan your
evening ahead of time. And while you are planning, keep in mind that
tonight is about completely pleasing your lover and giving her a

- Cook her a nice supper

Along with that you want a nice wine and some candlelight. You want the

- Now start to move

one hand to stimulate her breasts and the other hand needs to be gently

a slight rubbing and pressing of the actual anus opening itself, but
she does not like penetration so be careful of what you do with this

- Continue oral activity on the vagina and clitoris with
